Panera Bread - BENSALEM

I was expecting fresh chicken after reading the description of the salad. However it was more like sliced deli chicken breast. It was not fresh picked as expected, highly disappointed . Roll just thrown into the bag, not wrapped in any fashion.

Wow just wants to give a big THANK YOU to Manager Stephen Mathis his employees today for the reception of about 18 of us, and for the great service. This has just won you more new customers because they go back.. KUDOS!

Other than some ingredients being missing due to current supply chain issues, I've never had any huge complaints. I come here almost every day to study and I've never had any issues with orders or with staff. The staff seems to include neurodivergent individuals and people of color, and I've never seen the staff kick out any homeless people, so this location is definitely inclusive of all people and I will always give them my patronage for that. The tables can sometimes be messy/dirty from patrons who don't realize that they're supposed to take trays to the designated area in the trash locations, and staff are typically a busy taking/making orders so sometimes they don't get an immediate chance to clean any dirty tables, but that's not a huge deal in my opinion.

Food was excellent and the staff exceptional, everyone raived about the service. Definitely would come back and have another fundraiser. Thank you...
