Chipotle Mexican Grill - BENSALEM

The new staff at the Street Road location is truly outstanding. They listened to our feedback and took action, transforming what was once the worst spot into the best one in Bensalem. Great job, team! I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed the improvement, and I hope you've changed the opinions of others as well. Thank you!

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible. I've experienced this multiple times. The employees act as if I'm asking for free food whenever I make an order. I strongly urge Chipotle to train their staff to offer better service.

We went in at 9:20 and got our food at 9:30. We sat down at 9:30. We planned eating for 10 minutes. The workers told us “you know we close in 10 minutes right?” and gave us a hard time. If I did that at my serving job I would be fired. Y’all are rude and will clearly struggle with a real job.

These employees are so lazy. I waited 5mins before someone walked up to me and they all saw me. Some people were just hanging chatting. This is a poorly managed store. The machine have no ice like what the hell is going on in here? Workers are in bike shorts like I’m so scared to eat my meal. It’s not sanitary. Disgusted.

Good customer service. Chips were little oily and gauc was not to the taste (less salt and less lemon, bug chunks of gauc, not mashed properly)Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl
