Chick-fil-a - BENSALEM

The person in charge of calling out orders didn’t say anything, even though I stood there and intentionally didn’t want to say my name because it’s difficult to pronounce. I had two hungry children who were waiting for a long time, and it seems like the order was just sitting on the side the entire time.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the manager, along with the assistant manager, kindly apologized for my staying an extra two minutes, which really wasn't an issue since I arrived just as they opened after my haircut.

The food was great, but the waiting time for our order was absurd. The staff seemed to just stand around and watch the food when it was ready instead of serving it, and then they would turn to other tasks.

I went in and inside seconds they had my whole order ready and it was perfect could not ask for better service

Cashier rang up my order wrong as well as the 2 customers before me. After waiting 15mins for our food it was wrong and they wanted us to pay for what he didn?t ring in and wait again for food. Mac cheese was runny and gross! Loc# 00412 is not up to the normal Chick-fil-A standards.
