Grill'd Benowa Gardens

I absolutely loved it! From the very first bite, my burger was incredible. The meat was juicy and flavorful. The zucchini, sweet potato, and potato chips were fantastic as well. This was my second visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. The music, the ambiance, and the staff were all just right. It’s truly worth it!

The burgers here are fantastic, and the chips are nice and crispy. The service was efficient, and the young lady who served me was incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a great spot for families. The food was delicious; I had the Simply Grill'd along with chips. Absolutely delicious!

I'm not sure what has happened to this Grill'd location, but as others have mentioned, the quality has really declined. I ordered a Hot Bird burger, and it came with a stale bun that was so hard it hurt my teeth. The chicken inside felt rock solid and was cold to the touch. I kindly explained the issue to the waiter, who apologized and said they would prepare a fresh one for me. However, I noticed her go back to the kitchen, where the staff rolled their eyes. They then retrieved a new bun but simply transferred the cold ingredients from my original burger onto it. I decided not to send it back a second time and just left instead. The service was disappointing, and it seems like the young staff, aged between 15 and 18, either don't know what they're doing or simply don't care.

I love it! Since the first bite I enjoyed my burger who was amazing. The meat was so juicy and delicious. The zucchini, sweet potatoes and the potato chips were wonderful. It was the second time and definitely not the last. The music, the furnishings and the staff were just perfect. That's really worth it!

Large burgers and chips are beautiful and crispy. Service was good, fast and the young lady who served me was very helpful and friendly. Good family square. The food tasted very good, had the Simple Grill'd plus chips. Yummy
