The first time here in benidorm, in love with this little Spanish miami. I wanted something typical and this restaurant is really great. superb mushes of any kind, excellent fried. in the evening we went to the same place but of meat..1.150kg steak. amizing show!

The best paella I've ever tried to live in my whole life. the restaurant is amazing and personal very friendly. beautiful.

Here for lunch on the last day of our holiday. we were the only non-Spanish people in there. ordered grilled garnels, muscheln and patatas bravas and shared this off with a few glasses wein tasty! no wonder that all Spanish eats.

We eat here all the time when we're in Benidorm it's perfect for a leisurely lunch, and we're always the only tourists. For 9 euros you can have chanquetes (whitebait), followed by chopitos (tiny squid), then grilled sardines, followed by a pudding, all washed...down with a small carafe of wine. There are plenty other options on the menu, and if they aren't too busy they will do their best to make something for you personally. I can't forget the first time we were there and my daughter (then aged 7) wouldn't eat anything except Russian Salad. It wasn't on the menu, but they managed to rustle some up for her anyway. That's the kind of thing that makes you want to go back.

We've popped in here on a number of occasions for tapas/seafood. It's in an odd location tucked up a side-street between tacky clothes/souvenir shops but it's an ideal stop-off if you're at the Poniente end of Benidorm. My daughter had her heart set...on ensaladilla rusa and, although this wasn't on the menu, the owners rustled some up especially for her, which was greatly appreciated. My sardines were delicious simply grilled with salt, lemon and parsley . The croquetas, on the other hand, were obviously out of a packet and not as crispy as they could have been. The menu has plenty of budget dishes with the ubiquitous chips on the side to appeal to tourists, but during lunch the restaurant was filled with older local people having the (very reasonably priced) set menu. If you're on a budget, as we were, give it a go.
