Pacific Pizza Brew - Bend

I left my previous review below so that others can see our next experience compared. After this review, the manager Josh came to me in a personal email. In him he apologized for the experience and hoped that we would try the restaurant again and that he would like to send a gift card due to our previous experience. We accepted and went back with another couple so we had more opinions. What a difference in service! Ryan our waiter was brilliant, attentive and a pleasure. This night was busy and we were still cared for. We ordered pizza, drinks, garlicries, wings. The fries are delicious; a person had diary allergy so that the cheese was left accordingly. My general experience with staff and food was definitely better! Thanks Ryan for changing our thoughts and for Josh offers us the opportunity to try again. Old review below slow service pickup time by over half an hour, quality is bad for price. Limited toppings on truffle oil pizza. I made two slices of the whole pizza. Hubby said his pizza wasn't great either.

The service was incredible! Around 1930 we ordered 22 pizzas for 22 people with drinks. We ate fantastic pizza and I'm back at the hotel to it's 830. Other people are still outside on the terrace enjoy their beer. The second time this week is so good!

Great Pizza, awesome selection of brews and if you Josh for a server you are WINNING!

We want us to remember our waiter's name because he was the most beautiful and attentive waiter. (Wurde a cap and had deeds from Portland). He treated a huge birthday party full of screaming 12-year-old children and still took the time to be super helpful and happy. The pizza was delicious and her beer on the tap was a great choice. Thank you for a great dinner!

What a great place to have pizza and beer after riding in Bend. The pizzas and wings were amazing and are in our TOP 5 places to stop and eat pizza in the southwest. We know our pizza and this place had great dough, amazing aromas, perfect crusts and many possibilities for some of the park flavors. I recommend soprasetta pizza if you like garlic. The selection of beers is local and you do not have to feel as you are committed to only a brewery beer if you delete your thirst. Ben was our server both times we came and made us feel amazing and welcome. He answered local mountain bike questions, gave great suggestions for other activities and really took the time to deal with us. We'll hang out with Ben next year and have more great pizza.
