Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop - Bend

I ordered 2 cakes online for my daughter's birthday party and let her adapt, she was so excited. I wanted to pick her up two days later on the party day and there was only one cake ready. The Teens working said they didn't see the other cake order in the system, I had to prove it by sending the confirmation email and the fee. They called the manager and told me they found the order magically and can have it ready the next day. This is not a viable solution because I needed this cake for a party in an hour and had wasted near an hour to sort it in the store with them. We asked the staff to call them back and ask if they can just give us one of the prefabricated in the freezer for this error on their part, manager response was no, we can buy the $50 prefabricated and they? ll refund the custom I ordered. Frustrated in lack of care, we had no choice but only to buy the prefabricated and to do the refund as we do from time to time in the store. Daughter was a little cheated since she chose the flavors she selected. The buyers are aware that your order cannot be done if it is needed and for a manager that could be careless if it puts you in anticipation. 10/10 Cake, 10/10 will not be another of this B

Very clean environment and hardworking girls, the customer service was great and so was the ice!

Great customer service and pleasant staff. Everyone deals with supply chain shortages and Ben and Jerrys is no exception. The staff was very sweet, efficient and diligently worked to delete long lines with some more belly customers who did not seem to understand or care that some articles are not in stock and it is not the fault of the staff. Go on! Best ice cream in Bend.

Not happy with this place. Love the ice cream, but this store at old mill is the worst customer service. Every time we have gone in the manager lady is very rude. We got turned around at the door at 9:50 when they closed at 10:30 so we new we had plenty of time to grab some. But no the lady told us that they wanted to get off early so we were refused service. Maybe change your hours of operation then. Absolutely ridiculous when there is other people there but you refuse service to two extra people.

I love the vibe and attitude in this place. I will go just for fun and the taste it's just great. I would recommend this place if your looking for ice cream
