123 Ramen - Bend

The small stone restaurant is located from the main street. We had the ginger meatballs and the pork with cured squash. The other option was a beet and mushrooms. Delicious homemade rams. Check their website to see how often they change their menu.

This unassuming strip mall location is hiding a gem of Bend. Very good ramen, made even better with an assortment of pickled things and sauces added to one’s delight. The steamed buns are on point. The eclectic, retro thrift-store decor and and plants come across as an extension of the creativity found in each dish.

Excellent lunch. Buns were fresh and very tasty. Lovely tangy sauces available. Ramen dishes were asking the best I have ever had. Great fun to have really good food in such a funky shoot. Try it yourself and see!!

We ordered in last night via Uber Eats and loved it so much that we dropped in for lunch and could not have been more impressed! The dining room is humble and the staff was loving and kind. The rainbow bowl and peanut noodles are so yum! The spring rolls and truffles are a must! Lots of options for us plant based folks!
