Munro Sargeant Cafe - Benalla

I've always appreciated the view from the café, and the food was absolutely delightful. I do wish they offered a wider variety of gluten-free options. Please bring back the fish and chips! The staff is fantastic, even when they're busy!

The venue and service were fantastic, but unfortunately, the food was a letdown. The fish, in particular, was disappointing and tasted like frozen supermarket fish. Additionally, given the high prices for food quality, it was quite a disappointment.

This is a wonderful restaurant! The service was fast and friendly. Although the waiting line may seem daunting at times, the staff was attentive and accommodating during our visit. I have certain dietary restrictions, and they were quick to assist me with my needs. We sat indoors, which was nice given the unpredictable weather outside, and it provided a pleasant atmosphere for conversation. The food was delicious, and we didn’t have to wait long for it, despite the restaurant being busy. We will definitely return, as we can count on this venue and its staff to deliver a great experience.

We sat on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. We were a large group having a family reunion. The service was excellent, coffees and drinks promptly delivered and great quality. Food also was served promptly and was enjoyed by everyone.
