Great place for fish and beef on wick is the bomb! Also I think y'all should know they are open year round! I'm a local and this is a go to place in the snow. Good place after a day of skiing or sledding.
We had the Chicken wild rice soup as it was a special. It was great! Liked it even better than my BBQ grilled chicken wrap. French fries were ordinary. Bright decor. We were there at 11:30am and I wondered if they wete short staffed as the table needed a little cleaning. Staff was very friendly.
WARNING! We ordered hamburgers from this restaurant on 10/10/09 and waited an hour for our food. When we finally received our meals, they were undercooked and unappetizing. To make matters worse, they sent back the same hamburgers we had returned after we had already spit on them, and cooked them on the same grill as the rest of the food! This is, in my opinion, incredibly dangerous. Half-eaten food from who knows whom can potentially carry diseases, and it’s all grilling right next to your meals. I'd advise you to stay away and protect your children. When we raised our concerns, two staff members informed us that this was the restaurant's policy. Dining here is at your own risk. I wouldn’t be surprised if people started asking for a side of hepatitis with their cheap meals. It's hard to see any respect in such practices.
**WARNING!** We ordered hamburgers from this restaurant on October 10, 2009, and had to wait an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, the burgers were undercooked and frankly unacceptable. When we sent them back, they returned the exact same burgers, which had been handled poorly and just placed back on the grill beside other meals! This is extremely concerning to me. Half-eaten food from someone else, who knows what diseases could be lingering, being grilled right next to your meal? It’s anything from HIV to Swine Flu. I recommend staying away and protecting your children. When confronted about this issue, we were informed by two staff members that this is the restaurant's policy. Proceed at your own risk. It seems one could even request a side of hepatitis along with a meal prepared under such questionable practices. Do they have any respect for customer safety?
