Subway - Belvidere

If you come across this restaurant, I would recommend avoiding it as the staff is extremely rude. The experience was awful.

Be cautious, a tip is added automatically without consent. The food was decent but it feels like a sneaky way to squeeze out more money. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Over the past two years, the restaurant has consistently made mistakes with multiple sandwich orders. Many employees are unfriendly and I can't recall the last time I saw a smile in the store. Despite numerous calls and complaints, Subway corporate has not taken any action or responded.

This place is absolute TRASH! how are they even operating still? What a joke. I'm sitting in my car at lunch, the door is locked and the 2 girls in the back just stared at me awkwardly as I knocked until I walked away. Seriously?

They are never open during the hours posted, but when I finally got there during open hours I waited almost 10 minutes for them to make 1 sandwich. The two employees were moving at a snails pace and kept asking me to repeat myself because they were trying to do everything else in the store besides make my sandwich. The sub was fine, but move a bit faster and actually pay attention to your customers instead of actively ignoring them.
