Dunkin' - Belvidere

I'm a frequent costumer of dunkin in Walmart, Belvidere, Il. but today I got frustrated with the crews assigned to make my decaf coffee, which i requested to make it half decaf, half hot water as i want it lighter, emphasized it must be hot. . My coffee waslukewarm when given to me and did motvssk me if i want my receipt. and did not receive any apology from the staff. Ithanked herthough but she looked angry. So frustrating.

I would rate 0 if I could. Went in yesterday and ordered online BEFORE they were supposed to be closed. Yet I went in just to be told they couldn?t give me my order because they started cleaning A HOUR ahead. I still have not received my refund and thenumber provided don?t even work. Reporting this service.

Ordered Dunkin through Door dash today, awful. The egg, sausage,cheese wrap which shows in a tortilla wrap, came in some white hard shell, smaller than a taco at Taco Bell. I ordered potato rounds, I got 6 little rounds. Not worth the price I paid. The roll I wanted was out of stock I guess, they replaced it with a chocolate donut, with chocolate frosting, and Caramel drizzled over it, except the caramel ended up all over the paper and paper bag. I then ordered an Iced Coffee, with cream, coconut shot, mocha, and sugar. The coffee was so strong couldn't taste the coconut or mocha, and I don't think they added sugar. Now don't get me wrong, I like Dunkin donuts, I've been to several different ones and never had a problem. But, this one was so bad I will not go back, it was a waist of my money.Belvidere,IL
