I ordered box punches and salads for the delivery of panera bread in beltsville, md a few days ago. they have made a great job! simple online order (also with tax exemption large customer service, ordering was exactly what I expected, food tasted super and each box was marked. all love it! I made my job so much easier. thanks to all at panera! great job!

Low quality service. Employees can use some training on customer service . Place is deteriorating in cleanliness and service .don’t place the app to order because , it will be marked ready but you will show up on the counter and food won’t be there .
