Pho Bistro - Belton

I visited for the first time, and it was fantastic! The presentation of the entree was excellent, and the flavors were remarkable. The woman tried the curry, which had a beautiful balance of seasoning and taste. I opted for the crispy noodle combination, and it was delicious! Definitely give it a try—it's run by wonderful people living their dream. You won’t regret it!

This restaurant has truly exceeded our expectations. I hope word gets around because I would love to make this our regular family dinner spot. All the ingredients were incredibly fresh. The flavor of the shaking beef was fantastic, and the meat was incredibly tender. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection.

If you're considering it, go for it! Pho Bistro serves a delicious meal at a reasonable price. I chatted with some customers there and decided to treat myself to a warm bowl of pho for lunch. I chose the beef pho, and it was an excellent decision. The broth is wonderfully seasoned, and the portion size is generous. I've tried a few other places in the Kansas City metro area, but none compare. The pho here isn't greasy, and they use a delicate palate of flavors. The staff is exceptional and attentive to your needs. I’m from Kansas City, and I highly recommend this spot!

Wow so good! Huge portion of pho and really nice owners. They also have the best crab rangoon I’ve ever had. Wow!!
