Rotisserie Benny - Beloeil

I waited 75 minutes for my order, but only received half of it. Another half hour passed before the rest arrived. Interestingly, a delivery person went to my neighbor's house across the street before another person came to my door with the missing item just 5 minutes later. It's strange that they couldn't send the same delivery person to neighboring addresses. Additionally, the restaurant forgot an item and the packaging was not insulated, with the food arriving in boxes instead of thermal bags.

When I went to place my order at the restaurant, I greeted the young lady behind the counter with a friendly hello. However, she gave me a cold stare and made me feel uncomfortable with her unfriendly demeanor. She did not ask for any details about my preferences and simply took my order without saying thank you. Her lack of communication and bad attitude made me feel dissatisfied with the service. I would consider ordering from the restaurant again, but only if someone else takes my order next time.

Their food is tremendous if you like fresh rotisserie chicken. I wish their delivery service were faster.

This is a Bbq chicken place.Picked up 2 meals,one of chjcken breast,the other chicken leg.Both were tender,tasty and juicy.Overly large portion of fries,small coleslaw,bun and gravy.Really good fast food at a reasonable price.

We stop by every now and then and have always enjoyed the good service and hot, tasty food at this restaurant. Occasionally, there may be a bit of a wait because they are quite busy, but it is definitely worth it.
