You can order online or use the drive-thru. My husband got the three-piece meal and was given three thighs! I ordered the six-piece wings, but they mistakenly served me spicy ones instead of the regular flavor. I won't be coming back.
I’ve been visiting this restaurant for years, but my last few experiences with their drive-thru have been quite disappointing. Today, the employee was so rude that I felt mistreated. I ordered just two items and clearly stated what I wanted from the menu. Instead of assisting me, she argued with me, which was very frustrating. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such poor behavior at a drive-thru before. I decided to leave and went to McDonald’s instead, where I received excellent service. I understand that finding good help can be difficult these days, but that shouldn’t excuse bad service. It’s disheartening to see how much things have changed in my country.
The restaurant was short-staffed, but the gentleman who assisted us was very communicative and made sure to acknowledge us. As a customer service trainer, I really appreciate that. He did a great job!
The advertised closing time is incorrect. I arrived at 8:08 and waited at the register for at least five minutes while several people walked past me. I asked if they were closed, but no one responded, despite there being at least 10 staff members present. This was incredibly unprofessional.
