Emilio is fantastic and the servers are always on point. My favorite meal is Antonette's Pasta which is a pasta with vegetables in a light sauce. The veggies are always cooked to perfection where the asparagus has a bit of a crunch. I my gosh there are so many great dishes...the chicken Travolta is wonderful as is the Eggplant parm, love the potato croquets. They are very addicting. They have great bands that play there and yes you wind up dancing with everyone and meet lots of nice people. The have great specials, especially this month. AND finally I must say they make a mean Espresso Martini. My nephew reeeally enjoyed it :
Attended a Christening party and someone in the party forgot to bring a christening card for the baby. It was raining horribly, but the Maitre d' Dominick did not want her to drive in the rain, instead he drove to the store and brought back two cards for her. I never saw anyone do that before and it was extremely impressive.
I love to eat if cook from Italy you can teste but I feel antonettes now come back to Mexican flover like vel marengo or everything cherry peper or chery tomatose end by napoelone fake one in spicial; but you do have good nice desert im sorry but I love marcello us serving me like alwyese and I miss willy the man take care of customer.
Unfortunately the food was fantastic, a bit overpriced but very good. On the other hand the service was terrible. I overheard the owner tell the waiter that he just had a large party come in and he did not have space to setup a table for them. He proceeded to tell the waiter if our table was empty he could move it and setup the table for the larger group. That was all he needed to hear. They began removing dishes from the table before we were finished eating. When we spoke to the owner and told him we felt like we were being rushed and our plates were taken be fore we finished his answer was that we were not being rushed and if we wanted our dirty plates back he would get them from the kitchen. When our coffee was served it was placed on the table without cream and sugar. When one of the women in our party asked for the cream and sugar the waiter brought it to us slammed it on the table and proceeded to tell her Listen sweetie you are not my only table . As we were leaving this obnoxious place the owner was standing at the exit extending his hand and thanking us for coming, when I informed him that thanks to the treatment we received we would not be returning he replied Who gives a . There are so many really good establishments why would anyone want to go to this place.
