Northwater - Bellingham

We used OpenTable to find a place for lunch and ended up at this restaurant located inside a Holiday Inn Express. It was similar to an IHOP or Denny's. Initially, we were ready to order, but the server disappeared without saying a word, leaving our order unentered and the situation confusing. It seemed like the bartender tried to manage the chaos, but it only added to the embarrassment. The food, when it finally arrived, was hot and well-prepared, but the low staff presence made the experience frustrating. In hindsight, we definitely should have chosen a different restaurant.

I stayed at the hotel and noticed the restaurant was highly rated on OpenTable, which helped me make my decision.

The first time in the restaurant, very good food. we will definitely be back and would recommend. sat on Valentine's Day, and the lobster and Prawn dinner special was very good. impressed with the quality of eating, kudos at the chef in the service.

A creative dining experience, with just one dish standing out slightly. The service was excellent, and the happy hour was incredibly worthwhile! We’ll definitely be returning.

Food is great. Very creative. My steak was cooked perfectly. The prices are really reasonable for the quality. The servers were very competent and friendly (without being that annoying saccharine sweet I’m often annoyed by. Try the clams! And the deviled eggs! And the cauliflower!
