フィードバックを提供するHumm, as a person who loves coffee the only thing I can say about this place is it gave me the caffeine I needed. On entering their was one person being helped and two barista's one made the drink the other looked at me and continued to fill a product before greeting me. I ordered and received my drinks, no small talk as they looked extremely busy not making coffee nor helping any one else. The place was empty.The coffee itself was not very hot and tasted a bit burnt. Could be just a bad day in the service industry however as it is the service that makes the experience this place under performed.I may come back after this COVID stuff to give them another try. No public restrooms due to COVID by the way.
I'm tired of going into Starbucks twice a day. Once for my food and drink. Again for them to fix it. Usually it's a missing shot of coffee in... my coffee. Today it's half of a missing cup of coffee... in my cup of coffee. Who knew Starbucks was owned by Lays. I just want 50% of my money back if you're only going to give me 50% of my drink.
There's a certain vibe here that's uncomfortable. Baristas are unhappy and it shows. Tables are taken with one person and their chosen device; heads bowed, worshipping their laptop or phone, beverage by their side. It's becoming all too familiar and agonizing.

Paid $22 for 4 badly made drinks, even paid for extra shots and 3 of them tasted like they were missing espresso completely. Bad customer service and terrible drinks. Choose a different starbucks.
