Ricardo's Mexican - Bellevue

Always a delightful experience! I frequently order either the veggie fajitas or the mixed seafood fajitas, and they are both amazing. To top it off, they come with homemade tortillas!

We waited over 40 minutes to receive our food yesterday, and the service was really poor. The waiter kept saying the kitchen was busy, but we were sitting at the bar, which was empty.

They had a person on the front basically hand making tortillas. I was excited to try them, but honestly they weren't so great. I had ordered chicken fajitas, but the chicken was dry and stick to the pan. Another person in my group had ordered afteros, but when she broke it out, the cheese was already hard, every time he tried to eat a chip, it broke. They also do not allow to refill the house drinks like horchata, although in the same cup they serve the wells drinks in. It was $3,75. The food tasted very little quality and when we brought it to the attention of our waiter, he took it back and seemed insulted. The overall impression of the restaurant seems sad and dark and not everything it was earlier. But at least there were parking spaces.

The food was excellent, with large portions that were absolutely delicious. I truly enjoyed my meal.
