Marco's Pizza - Bellevue

Ordered a large specialty pizza. The pizza came quickly, but unfortunately it was not done. Had to put in the oven to finish cooking it. So my total order for the pizza and brownie and tip was well over $30. You can buy frozen pizza from Walmart that taste better than carboard. I will not be ordering from her again. Don't waist your hard earned money.

Edit: gave them one more chance and they were on time and the food is excellentThe food is good but I have NEVER not had a problem when ordering from this location. No matter what you do the food will ALWAYS be late. Placed an order for pizzas for my son's birthday party at noon for pickup at 3:55. I get there at 4:05 and they haven't even put it in the oven yet. Completely unacceptable.

Pizza the best hands down. Seems understaffed lately but then again, who isn't. Wish the place was larger.

Never had an issue with Marcos. I love this pizza! My experience today made sure I never use the Bellevue location again. The person answering the phone was so rude when I was telling him my pizza was an hour and a half late and it looked awful. He told me I should have just picked it up and it would have been fresh then said if I didn’t stop talking he would hang up on me. After he did hang up on me I called back and he said I cancelled your order what else do you want? I could not believe how rude and unprofessional this employee was. Can’t believe management allows this behavior.

They have really good pizza when it's made correctly and fresh.This has been the third time and the worst time Marco's dropped the ball.Dryest pizza ever and they must have made it and let it sit for an hour.Definitely will have to check my food before leaving their store, as this standard has become their norm.
