Cute restaurant w good food but the waiter was disrespectful.

Brunch was delicious! Our waitress was very attentive (fixed our wobbly table before we even asked! and was super friendly. Would definitely come back!

Because I have a physical limitation, I wasn't able to go up the stairs to our table so the staff had to seat my friend and I very near the entrance where the staff were going in and out. BooBooFace. But the food, drinks and wait staff made better. The next time I go to Lot No. 3, I'll make sure that I specify a ground floor table.

The food is really good here your favorites with a little of their flare added to it. We were seated next to a cement pole near a bussing/prep area and their office. Looking around, I don't know why we couldn't have had a better seat while there were plenty of other options available. Also, the server took a while to finally take our order. By that point we ordered our drinks, apps and main courses since we'd have plenty of time to review the menu. I still recommend going here the food is really good and their Old Fashioned is great. Hopefully you'll get a better seat and the service will be more on point.

I've been here a few times for brunch is it's just okay. It's convenient. The food is tasty but incredibly heavy french toast montecristo with bacon that amount of calories should be illegal. My order was wrong and there was no gesture to make it right. After 4+ dining experiences here, I will not be going back.
