Café Cesura - Bellevue

Place looks dirty the staff was rude and short i ordered a blended matcha they are unable to blend drinks. then the matcha was disgusting and not even mixed properly. it was so nasty i asked if he was able to make it sweet he responded how do you expect me to make it sweet. will never go here again

Aweful service. I asked for espresso with hot milk. The guy pour cold milk and then lied when I asked him whether it was hot or cold. Coffee turned out to be terrible of course.

Not the same anymore. I don’t know what happened but this used to be my go to place but now I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy.

There was almost no food. The space is unclean and in rough shape. The espresso tasted dirty and like there wasn’t even an attempt to dial it in not a specialty coffee experience. The barista was truly unfriendly… Sadly the other reviews are not exaggerating how far this place has gone down hill

I have been to Cafe Cesura many times, and it was lovely, lively, and the service was great. I'm not sure what happened today, but it was shocking. I took my kids in to get a snack late in the morning, and there were no pastries left, so we ordered some bacon egg sandwiches. The server was distracted and didn't wash his hands before he made them (he was sitting at a table looking at his phone when we walked in). When the sandwiches came out, the bacon was not cooked, which we discovered AFTER my son took a bite. It was disgusting. And speaking of disgusting, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I'm not sure if this place is going out of business or whether we just hit it on a really, really bad day. I was pretty appalled, and we won't be back. Sad to see a gem like this deteriorate so drastically.
