Topper's Pizza - Belleville

I ordered a pizza and when we arrived, they hadn't even started preparing it. A girl stepped in to assist. The guy making the pizza didn't wash his hands before starting. Unacceptable!

It was ice cold outside and I worked late, so I ordered the delivery. The person on the phone was great and at the end told me that I would save if I ordered famous bread sticks. Everything was perfect as ordered and was delivered...in time frame specified. I had to stop eating too much. I've been ordered by topper a long time ago, but in the remote area away from everyone. Now I know how unhappy I was to drive away and I'm gonna miss the food again. Always perfect as ordered and always so much taste thanks!!

I like Toppers. They have specials on Tuesdays and a good variety to choose from. The quality is good but they are a take out, so don't plan on taking the family!

On June 20th, 2017 after a long day of cleaning after the moving company finished packing my house I promised my cleaning crew Beer and Pizza... I had the beer cooling in the hotel room fridge and I ordered pizza online from Topper's and received...the following automated reply: Dear XXXXX XXXXXXXXXX, Thank you for your order. To make any changes, or should you need further assistance, please call us at 613-813-7171. Average Delivery time is 45 minutes. Please note that quoted order times are estimations, order times can vary during peak business hours. Then the order never arrived, I still had a very hungry crew and tired crew, we had to order from Tina's, thank goodness they were more reliable then Topper's. I sent an email to head office of Topper's they never saw fit to reply, however sent many advertisements to my inbox. I have waited and after 11 months still no reply, I feel this was a fair time to wait before telling family and friends of the poor service and lack of reply, and now to post on here, I would never post a frivolous comment and certainly not without giving a place of business the chance to make it right first, I am also resending the email as I feel it only fair... my advice... Great pizza fast service always fresh can't ask for a better one. Friendly staff curtious so good ...
