Ice Cream Heaven - Belleville

Great value and great people. Small mother and pop (literal) ice shop, outdoor seats and incredibly good ice cream for extremely cheap prices.

Rude lady at the counter, short black hair. It was my first time there and I was trying to figure out the sizes and what I wanted to get and my friend told her we were ready. So I told her I wanted the crunchy cones and wasn 't sure what size and she shoves a finger down on the paper that was on the counter and says Sizes right here. You should have saw it when you walked by it. Like would it have hurt her to just simply say Here are the sizes . She acted like I spent a minute deciding. Only 3 seconds had passed. I don 't care what anyone says, she did not have to word it that way.

Prices were great I think compared to other places, who are very over priced. My vanilla candy crunch cyclone was tasty. Only drawback was the older man who took my order. He seemed super annoyed that I asked if they had candy crunch (not many placed have it). After I asked ge just sealed his fingers on the menu on the counter. It was my first time there, so I wasn't aware of the menu on the counter(only the menus displayed on the windows). This place has a lot of good reviews, as does the staff, so maybe I caught him on a bad day...but come on, I'm spending my money there...at least be pleasant and not so rude. .

My bf and i tried this place for the first time last year and have been going back as often as we can. It’s such a good price and it’s been delicious every time! My personal fav being the hot fudge shake soooooo yummy!

Prices could b better but their ice cream is definitely tasty! Love getting their vanilla or chocolate malts w extra malt in them!! ?
