Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Bellaire

This small shop is great, though parking can be a bit tricky right after school. The sorbet and ice are both delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Disappointing experience. I've visited several times last year, and it seems to be getting worse. The flavors are lacking, and half of the tables and chairs are missing. The outdoor dining area is not set up. They close earlier than their posted hours. I won't be returning.

I went to Menchies in Bellaire on a Tuesday night at 9:05 a.m. and it should be open until 10 a.m., but it was closed. I was very disappointed because I drove from Pearland, which was a 25-minute drive. Menchies should do something about it?

I'm confused as to why I was asked to tip as part of my self service experience. I know lot of companies ask for tips now as a way to have the public off set paying their employees livable wages for the essential functions of their job which is a topic all in its own. But at a self serve place seems to be taking that to the extreme. Other than that, it was good frozen yogurt and I enjoyed it.

The last couple visits Have been disappointing. They have less than half the dispensers full. Tonight there were three vanilla variations, some fruit flavors but nothing chocolate. The store did not appear clean. The staff was friendly.
