Sushi Culture - Bella Vista

The service was really bad, we sat on a table where we were told to switch to another place to accommodate a family of 3. I was with my son and there were other similar tables where only 2 people were fed. then we were told to pay in advance, I went and thought that the system was, but later saw that the people were paid after eating. Although eating was good, I wouldn't go back because I didn't feel welcome or comfortable.

The eating tasted old and stale, really bad and I couldn't finish it because it tasted bad.

My favorite sushi place ever! I come here all the time, everything is so tasty that wee are unbeatable! staff also very friendly and helpful

This restaurant doesn’t deserve any star. I was waiting for my daughter to finish eating her chicken, the lady came and ask us to move on the corner and wait there til my daughter finish eating. Told the lady we are not yet finish and still asking us to move because it is getting busy. How rude. My daughter is still eating and starting sweeping under my daughter’s high chair. Worst experience. Dont come to this restaurant. Rude ppl working here. Not coming back anymore and the sushi are not nice. Plain ramen is so expensive not even tasty.

When we went, there were two staff members working with three tables of 2 4 people dining in and 3 take away orders in 1 1/2 hours. The staff members were rushing about and making mistakes with people's orders.The sushi from the sushi train was disgusting. The rice was soggy and mushy. The chicken was grey, soggy and mushy and the avocado was old.We ordered a chicken katsu meal which they made fresh. The salad was a joke. Shredded iceberg lettuce with frozen peas, carrots and corn (defrosted). The chicken itself was good.The edamame beans didn't come with salt on it and the edamame skins had a slight brown tint.My Udon had three nice tempura prawns. The broth was ok, the noodles were ok and it had more frozen peas, carrot and corn.It was highly overpriced for the quality. I don't recommend this restaurant. Go to Parramatta for real sushi instead heaps of places there.
