フィードバックを提供するI've noticed a troubling trend at this restaurant: they keep making mistakes with orders and are now blaming customers for not double-checking them. This is just unacceptable customer service. How can a business turn around and put the onus on customers for such straightforward issues? Are employees really suggesting that it’s the customer's fault for not verifying their order? It's a basic task. They need to either hire more competent staff or risk going out of business. The responsibility lies with the restaurant, not the customer. Additionally, I had a seriously concerning experience last year when I was served raw chicken. I overlooked it because I've been a loyal customer for years, but it’s clear that the employees should not be working there if they can't handle simple responsibilities.
The food is decent, but it no longer has the same flavor as before, even though the prices have gone up. With the price increase, I would expect an improvement in quality, but unfortunately, it's declined instead.
Service is horrible. Old and run down. Waited so long after ordering to get our food. 10 people before us got their food and when we asked for a refund they refused to give us one. Never again!!

The chickens have a very good flavor. I recommend that you accompany the chicken with potato salad because the rice is very good. You can also choose another type of accompaniment with the chicken. The prices are affordable, it is not very expensive, and the restaurant is very clean. and they have tables to come eat with the family.
