The employee was amazing tonight. She has the best service I've seen for a long time, and the food was perfect

Had take and must say, was very disappointed. The prawn toast was just over roasted bread with a sprinkle of burnt Sesam Seeds. It was boiled, dry but soaked in oil. The curry buffers were so small and stubborn. The curries were very... tasty. It won't be. You were so good years ago. Too bad.

It was a couple of years since we were at Hibiscus Restaurant, but it still looked like that. The food was taste and served at a reasonable time frame. The portion size is generous as we ordered a family banquet. The staff... the presentation let her down. It would be nice to see a uniform. We'll be back.... it could be a few years, but probably would take away.

The beautiful Australian waitress was great! But our meals were absolutely terrible and the “Szechuan Chicken” and “Kungpao Chicken” tasted as if they simply poured sweet and acidic sauce on chicken and vegetables and thought we did not know the difference. The rice was boiled, hard and dry. After she had asked to talk to the manager and show them what was wrong with our meals, a young girl said that she did not the manager basically said insincerely “Okay Sorry”. Then comes a man who claims to be the delivery driver, and comes into my face and says, “You haven’t even finished your meals yet” and swears with us. When he politely tried to talk to the man outside, he swore to us and pretended to be trying to be violent. We never asked about our money, we just wanted to give them feedback about our meals. The behavior we experienced by Hibiscus Resturant was disgusting and I am shocked and horrified. Extremely unprofessional. I recommend the beautiful blonde waitress from the front to stay professional at any time and listen to us, and I feel bad that she has to work with so powerful people in such a atmospheric environment!

Hibiscus never disappoints. Whether you need to pick up some take-away or you want a delicious and handy dine in, the food is SO tasty, fresh and full of flavours. We keep going back, because on top of that it's economical for all our teenagers...and we're never left feeling hungry or disappointed.
