Starbucks - Bee Cave

They have updated the store and it looks great. I like to order a non fat frapuccino without whip. I noticed the box of whipping cream was next to my frap. I double checked to make sure non of it was used in my drink and they were very nice to explain it was used for another drink and they were right. Thank you staff.

I asked for a Grande iced Frwnch Vanilla with Sweet Cream. When I received my drink it tasted odd and I noticed the label said 2 pumps vanilla and 2 pumps hazelnut. Who the hell makes French vanilla with hazelnut??? I am not going back!

Like all Starbucks, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Very nice people. However this location is just hard to get to, and a bit over-visited. At a fork in the road. Not good fengshui somehow. Now I just buy their beans and brew at home, until another one opens in a better location.

A lot of trash on the tables and in the bathrooms. Nothing wiped down. Basic things not stocked at stations. Bags of trash laying everywhere. Employees not present too often. Long wait times on orders with no other orders. A simple order. Needs a manager present!

The staff is always so friendly and so are the customers. I enjoy stopping here when passing through and seeing familiar faces.
