Jersey Mike's Subs - Bee Cave

I am addicted to the cheesesteaks here. I typically don’t go for a sandwich like this here in Texas because we’ll it’s Texas, but this cheesesteak and the chicken version are just as good as anything you get in Philly. Ya, I know sounds crazy but they do it right with the sweet peppers the right kind of cheese and the steak is spot on. I noticed that their other sandwiches look great too, fresh, quality, and a good selection. The bread is perfectly done as well. Skip the burger joint and forget about any other sub shop this is the place to go! Oh and get the cookie, it’s incredibly good!

This is a chain store but they aren 't half bad. The bread is really good and that is important because TX seems to suffer to get decent grinder rolls. If I was back in the Notmrth east, I 'd say skip Jersey Mike 's and go to literally any pizzeria for your grinder fix, but since this is TX, it is pretty much your best bet. Skip the Mike 's Way and select your own toppings. I 'd be happier if they had black olives as a topping but they don 't; not gonna lose sleep over it.

I've had some good experiences where people have gone above and beyond. In particular there's manager and she is a wizard. I've been in many times where it is slammed and she is doing 6 7 peoples' jobs at once for real. Just today I could tell that things were going to be packed and I told her I had ordered online and sat down. The order did come late and they ran out of a side that I paid extra for. She gave me my order, and even though it was crazy busy, apologized and explained because of the delay (and lack of extra side) they were not only refunding the side but the entire order. I can tell this lady and others who work here really take pride in doing good work and that is impressive. They are really on top of things at this location even when it's packed.

Always a great option for quick lunch especially if you order on the app. Friendly staff that runs a tight ship. Shoutout to the manager who defused a textbook Defcon 1 Karen type situation while continuing to fulfil customer orders. GET THE #99

This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's, and it was great! We left around 12:30, and the place was quite busy. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, but the dining area felt a bit small and crowded, so we chose to sit outside. The staff was friendly and attentive. My husband ordered a cold sandwich, the Californian chicken, and it was prepared quickly and served right away. I opted for a hot #43 sandwich, which took about 15 minutes to arrive, but it was worth the wait! It was hot and delicious! I would definitely come back here again!
