Wendy's - Bedford

I will start by saying that I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. My experience at the drive-thru was less than satisfactory. As I waited for my order, I could hear two employees arguing. Eventually, one of them handed me a bag with some items in it and told me to wait for the rest of my order. I was puzzled as to why I was given some of my food while the rest was still being prepared. The employee assured me it would only take 2 minutes, but it ended up being 5 minutes before I received the rest of my order. The employee then rudely told me to have a good night, despite the fact that my sandwich was missing a topping. When I tried to show him my receipt, he simply argued with me. It was only then that I realized my fries were cold as well. I decided not to eat the food, as some of the sandwich was soggy and the fries were ice cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.

The floor was extremely slippery from grease, causing my feet to slide. Additionally, there was a noticeable puddle of water by the front counter. The staff were not very friendly. The fries were overly salty. However, the fish fillet was deliciously crispy, although there was only a small portion of salad served with it.

Muddy water near the counter. 5 to 6 employees (all) float around the drive window. jaw jacking! a chef was bringing a burger into the counter I accept (probably my slipped and dropped the food. She threw it away. in the inner was something dirty. not even comment that look when working on women, just let them say (not good.) when I return, it will drive you. the burger was ok. usually really good.

Food was good and the service was quick. I used the app and I didn't have to wait long.

Hey Wendy. If you're going to advertise an open dining room....... maybe make sure the dining rooms open. The least you could do is put a sign in the window saying the dining room is closed. It's a pain to get the kids out of the car seats in the cold just to walk back for nothing.
