Twisted Root Burger Co. - Bedford

Edited: Came in to pick up a order had to wait for the employees to finish their discussion Before I could get my food. Then get home and realize that missing some. What great service? And that is a joke. Then the fried cheese was fried breading as it was over cooked so there was no cheese. Waited for over 2 weeks and no response from management after calling to complain the same day. So if you can’t care about the guest experience why should you still be in business!

Our burgers were delicious!! I got the Big Tex with added garlic mushrooms and my husband got the Western. We both agreed it was worth it!! ?? ?? It was a bit chilly inside, so we sat near the window, they get great evening sun near the bar area, so I didn't need a jacket which is nice to not have to carry around. I hate visiting bathrooms in restaurants, but I needed to wash my hands and I must say I was impressed that it didn't have a bad smell and it felt quite clean! ? Friendly service, great food and great music! Overall great choice for a Tuesday night dinner!!

Honestly we came a from afar just to be underwhelmed and the payed too much for what were okay burgers

Man this place is so good. Went for my wife’s birthday and now I’m so full I need a nap.

I appreciate this restaurant having a vegetarian burger and providing lettuce to use as a substitute bun. Even though it kept falling apart, it was delicious.
