Ginger Japanese Cuisine - Bedford

Very delicious sushi and other Japanese foods. I really enjoyed the Mango Tango! Amazing.

Came with colleagues for dinner. He tried the rams and said it was nice.

A first class sushi bar. When I approached him, I couldn't say it was a restaurant or not. Great and very good.

Good menu selection, great flavors. Keep in mind that her spy for sushi was hot for me. So for those who do not have some kick in their taste, give it a try.

These folks don't mess around I asked for extra Wasabi, because I like Wasabi like Dracula likes hemoglobin. They may have interpreted it as a dare and gave me a larger than golf ball size lump....that's just awesome! The Sashimi was good quality, portion size was decent, and I'll have to other dishes. The rice texture could be improved. Shrimp tempura is substantial, but not ideal for take out since it gets soggy fast.
