The Elephant - Bedford

The customer service at The Elephant was absolutely outstanding. I came here with my partner for his birthday, and when I emailed to ask if they could do something special, they went above and beyond. They played the happy birthday song, brought out a delicious dessert cake with a candle (at no extra cost), and even gave us two rounds of drinks on the house. The food was incredible, and as we were leaving, the lovely ladies who had served us all night gave us a bag with some bottles of beer to take home. I can't wait to come back to The Elephant!

Honestly, the staff seemed overwhelmed with takeout orders when we picked up our food. We noticed people returning their orders because of mistakes, but we decided to take our order home. Unfortunately, both dishes were bland and tasteless, and neither of us could finish our meals. It was a waste of money, so we ended up having to find something else to eat. This is not what you expect when ordering takeout. My advice is to not bother.

We placed a large order at The Elephant and, once again, we were impressed with the excellent quality of the food. We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and each time the food has been outstanding and arrived on time. We would give it five stars across the board.

Beef black been sauce is the one I had was very tasty, Even my wife liked it. Proper spice to the taste.
