Wendy's - Beckley

Our order was correct, the food was well-prepared, the staff were courteous, and the establishment was clean.

This place is fantastic! The customer service was outstanding. We ordered three Bacon Cheeseburger Four for Four meals, and the food was cooked to perfection. The bacon was wonderfully crispy, without being overdone. Thanks, Wendy's!

I hadn't visited this Wendy's in a while because the food and service have often been lacking. However, I wanted to try the new strawberry frosty. After a lengthy wait for a cashier, I was concerned this would turn into another disappointing experience. Fortunately, when the cashier finally showed up, he was very efficient, and my order turned out perfectly. It's clear he had a lot on his plate, as he was handling the duties of two people. They really need to get him some help! I'll definitely be back. Just a heads up—don't park next to the building, as you won't be able to back out until the drive-through line decreases.

All was great only thing wrong with it was they were out of Dr pepper but got a sprite instead and it was really cold were lined up in drive thru but it still was very quick and the cashier was exceptionally nice
