Had a birthday party there today, staff was very friendly food was delicious. Will definitely be going back. Everyone had a great time.

Clean, friendly staff, family friendly. I live out of state from this venue and was there with a very large group for a fellowship time. Very accommodating with our large group of 30 plus adults and kids . Would go back again if we were to be in the area again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Was looking for some simple weekend fun, was cut short time on our lanes, and couldn’t get served food or drinks in a timely manner. You couldn’t start bowling till 10 PM, and they wouldn’t let you get food or drinks while you were waiting (because the kitchen didn’t open till 10 either). Very poor customer service, I’m unsure how they remain open. Every staff member was rude and didn’t appear to want to be working. I will not be going back, and I’m very much about supporting local! But this was rather disappointing.

Don't recommend rude staff, the lane didn't really work. Little kids shouldn't have to pay for shoes. Left after one game wouldn't expect ro return. The way to start a game was really weird. 1 staff the day we went.

DO NOT recommend especially if you are a young adult. Had so many rude encounters with both employees at the front and in the kitchen. Never in my 24 years of life have I ever been treated so horribly by a business. Had to leave a whole hour early because we felt so uncomfortable and mistreated. The lady in the kitchen said she would not give us a cup for our pitcher that we had bought because we were being rude! After we had put up with her attitude and horrible behavior the time we were there. Also was I’d 4 times although I had a wrist band on showing I’m over 21 and we were watched the whole time we were there. I mean I would literally look over and the worker would be starring at us. Another thing is we reserved 2 lanes would only give us one although the lane next to us was not being used. The list goes on. I will never make the mistake of coming back here. Pinheads in Oak Hill is the place to go! We love it there and have never had a problem with staff! Pin heads has a wayyyy better atmosphere, better people, good food and drinks they definitely deserve our money unlike this bowling alley!
