Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Beckley

The drive-thru takes an eternity... they truly know how to ruin the excitement of enjoying ice cream. They've remodeled the store, but the wait in the drive-thru is still a frustrating 30 minutes.

After placing our order, we had to return to the counter because they had forgotten to prepare it. Once our order was finally made, it was incorrect, and the banana split we received was poorly made with bad bananas.

I ordered a cake two days ago for pickup today. When I arrived, I paid and was handed a cake. To my surprise, it was a larger cake with two names on it, and two pieces were already missing! Then, I had to wait for my cake to be completed and ended up being charged even more for a smaller cake. I’m giving it 2 stars solely because the lady at the counter was nice.

Today, two of my friends and I enjoyed a fun girls' day out, and we were excited to get a free ice cream cone. My niece, Emili McKinney, worked really hard and did an amazing job! I’m so proud of her. My friend Amy ordered a burger with fries, and it was excellent. April and Emili gave some tips on how to make the burger, and it turned out perfectly. Thanks for the great service!

Very friendly and efficient. We asked Pecans on the strawberry sun places and they were happy to add them. My peanut butter milkshake was excellent.
