Shoten Japanese Dining - Beaverton

I really enjoy their food! However, I've been disappointed with the pork and chicken Katsu lately; there’s hardly any meat inside. This wasn’t an issue in the past, but we've tried it three times now and it’s been quite disappointing. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4/5.

It feels like our family dining room now. We visit at least twice a week. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the prices are quite reasonable. Food rating: 5/5.

A neat little sushi and Japanese place. Really good and creative cocktails too. They have a number of state and other rolls available and even a fair number of baked rolls. The tempura ice cream is fantastic, especially with the green tea ice cream. It does get a bit busy sometimes, so come early. Very good and attentive service and plenty of parking. A nice little gem in the area.
