Pasta Pronto - Beaverton

The food was exceptional, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere, however, is just alright. It's quite simple, with only a few tables and chairs in a small space.

I was hoping to get something authentic and tasty for $15, but what I received was disappointing. The lasagna was a sad mix of microwaved, burnt melted cheese and barely any meat, served with bread that had no butter. There was no one else in the restaurant, and I requested Italian dressing instead of Caesar, but that didn’t happen either. There seemed to be no pride taken in the food. The taste was poor, the texture was unappealing, and I definitely won't be making the same mistake again.

While we were there, I noticed a man who was upset because his order wasn’t ready for an event. The manager handled the situation gracefully, apologizing multiple times and explaining that the cook was unavailable, but they were doing their best to keep up with the orders. What stood out to me was how hard the kitchen team was working, quietly yet efficiently, while the manager reassured everyone that they were managing the situation. He kept emphasizing how well they were handling things and that none of it was their fault. Kudos to the manager for continuing to accept any incoming orders and for making an effort to explain the situation patiently to every customer, apologizing for the wait. In today's world, it’s hard to find dedicated workers, and many restaurants struggle. The team at Pasta Pronto really excels at what they do and definitely deserve a raise. We will definitely be coming back!

Until the Kovid-19 settled, the food served only as a take-out, but since the Dine-in reopened about a month ago, I visited here for the first time in two years.? We had Carbonara and Lasagne. We dictated, but were served in extraction containers. But the food tasted as good as before.? Clam Chowder was offered every Friday we are looking forward to, but they still don't do a daily or weekly menu at that time. Hopefully they will settle down and return to their previous style of the restaurant.?

What a hidden gem! They make EVERYTHING in house!!! We had three different dishes and an appetizer! Everything was great! The chicken, pear and hazelnut pasta was my favorite!!! So much flavor!!! The people working here are also extremely friendly and helpful!!
