Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Beaverton

It’s really frustrating that you advertise being open until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday nights, yet I’ve visited three times over recent weekends at 10 PM, only to find that you’re already closed. Please stop claiming you’re open until 11 if you’re going to close early. It’s misleading and a waste of time and fuel. If you consistently close early, consider updating your hours.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant with my granddaughters, who are 4 and 7 years old. It cost us about $5 each for our delicious selections and toppings. We spent half an hour sharing fun moments together!

I prefer my frozen yogurt to be firm rather than runny, so I was somewhat disappointed with the temperature of the offerings here. Only the vanilla flavor was solid; the others were more like milkshakes.

Here at the Progress Ridge Menchies we love our favorite blends and have fun eating em!! Come in and mix your favorite taste!!

I asked the cashier at the front if she had any sample cups. Just simply said ?excuse me?. I didn?t realize she was talking to a customer. It just looked like she was receiving payment. She turns to me and says one sec, and gives us the sample cups. I said thank you, but after we went up to pay. She scolded me about trying to ask her a question. She said ?don?t yell at me when I?m talking with a customer. It confuses me.? It was kind of unprofessional. It?s her job to multi task and help customers, not try to embarrass them.
