Timberline - Beaver

Forget to stop Fillmore between Salt Lake and St George. I'm coming from now on. The atmosphere is great. The food is even better. I had the salmon and shrimp. The cook has this special sauce of its own creation, which is perfect. Just perfect. The food remained hot until the last bite. Our server, Keirsten, was so nice and about everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!

Came my big family during breakfast/lunch time. Ladies worked very friendly and patient. We haven't waited much to get our food despite a lot of people. Did not know what to expect, but large portions for a good price. The food was delicious and well made. Will come over again when I close to ~

Literally the best hidden little gem in Utah. For anybody driving by Beaver, it’s a must to stop by here if you’re hungry. The food quality and service is amazing. 10/10 would recommend for anybody looking for a place to eat while on a road trip. I wish this restaurant was closer to my hometown.

We loved it! There were 6 of us ordering 5 different meals. Each of us loved our food. We had pie for dessert and the crust was the best restaurant crust we have ever eaten.

Considering where it is located the food was really good. We got a salad and a sandwich and both were fresh and delicious. Very standard service. Our waitress, Lisa, was very nice and came by a few times to check in on things. The only thing that I noticed were the lack of masks worn by the staff. That was it. Also, there's a Dairy Queen right next door... Lunch ice cream A very tasty hour!
