We live in half-time near Eze Bord de Mer. Fabrik has become our favourite place for the quality of service and excellent cuisine. The staff is incredibly friendly and convenient and the leader is always very good. They even tolerate me because I just learned French in their relaxed and comfortable setting in Beaulieu sur Mer. Thank you for being so pleasantly bilingual and for helping me progress faster in learning French. We've always been happy to have made the decision to go. Just excellent! The whole atmosphere is inviting. The boss is a really cool guy who really knows about gastronomy. It's fun when he explains the daily card. Excellent food with absolutely high quality. Great wine map. We went there twice during our holidays and we will certainly come back when we are around. Fantastic! Da macht es schon Spaß, wenn er die Tageskarte erklärt. Hervorragendes Essen, qualitativ absolut hochwertig. Tolle Weinkarte. Wir waren zweimal während unseres Urlaubs dorm essen und kommen garantiert wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Fantastisch!
