We have dined at Amber several times in Barcelona and have always been pleased with our experience. My only complaint is that the meals are rarely served at the specified time; you can expect a short delay of about five to fifteen minutes. During our last visit, my wife ordered crispy wontons, and I chose the salt and chili spare ribs as appetizers. Both were excellent. For our main courses, my wife had the crispy duck with orange sauce, while I ordered the beef with black bean sauce. The beef was tender, mildly spicy, and very flavorful. My wife exclaimed that her dish was delicious as well. Each main course came with boiled rice, and we were also given complimentary crispy rice and curry triangles, which added great value to our meal. There was an eight-minute wait before our food arrived, but the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the meal, and we will definitely go back.
