Dunkin' - Bear

This Dunkin Donuts location in the Eastern time zone is definitely the worst by far. They should consider closing down to avoid further tarnishing the Dunkin Donuts brand.

I tried to order 48 donuts for pick-up the next day, but I found their website to be frustratingly difficult to navigate. As a result, I ended up going to Krispy Kreme instead, even though it was farther away.

The service at this restaurant was awful. The individual working behind the counter was very rude. I understand that they may be experiencing shortages and not have everything in stock, but their attitude was unacceptable.

I feel like a normal one in this dunkin, as I always go for a latte at the right time, and in a blue moon I would turn it out of generosity. (Most because of my addiction to Lattes and good moods. A few times on tip I would be offered a donut free, which was unexpected for the first time, but for me, as if I ignorantly added an additional dollar for a donut. May the employees continue their great service. I have great hopes for them.
