Fast transactions despite long lines during working hours. Beautiful staff plus good food makes it easier to wait with the frustration of IF you go while busy. It's even better if it's not busy!

We were on a trip to MD from NJ and my family was pleasantly surprised how attentive and nurturing the staff was. They refilled our drinks for us and were so sweet. An unforgettable visit.

I love your market salad with Nuggets. Especially salad and chicken I ordered tonight tasted old. I was very disappointed. Secondly, I have just realized that you not only charge a delivery fee, but you will throw up your prices. My salad is usually $9.45. If I order the delivery, the same salad is $12.29 you also charge more for everything if delivered. Why?

The food here is like any other Chick-fil-A, but the line at almost every occasion is HORRIBLE. Can even decide to go if you wanted because the line takes over the entire parking lot. Ruins the experience before they even get the food. Need a better system in place so that do not happen or expand the parking lot. Pretty ridiculous and no excuses for waiting 20 minutes for fast food. Will not return to this Chick-fil-A.

Did you ever get the extra money I left at your other location for the napkins you were publically stingy with ? Never in my 49 years has anyone said , anything about my taking extra napkins. For people waiting in the car . I suppose it was to impress and show off in front of those you were having a meeting with ..and even now long after pandemic restrictions have been lifted you can't go inside this location ...with gas prices at an all time high I didn't feel like waiting 20 minutes or longer in line. I've been eating elsewhere since my negative experience any way
