フィードバックを提供するI ordered two double cheeseburgers, a fry, and a drink. An hour later, I also bought a sundae and a cake. After using the bathroom, I stepped outside to smoke. When I returned, I found that the employees had cleared my table. When I inquired about my drink, they refused to replace it because one employee claimed he didn't remember seeing me there. He later recalled seeing me outside but insisted I should have notified them that I was stepping out, even though he had actually seen me under the canopy. When I asked for a refill, they only filled my cup three-quarters full. As a former assistant manager at McDonald's for four years, I have always treated my customers with respect and never with contempt. Frustrated, I decided to go to Whataburger instead, and I will not be returning to your establishment.
It seems like they were having a rough day when I visited. There was a busload of students, which completely clogged up the drive-thru while I tried to grab some chicken nuggets and a drink. After 20 minutes of waiting behind eight other cars, I decided to go inside to check on my order since they had mentioned it would take less than five minutes. When I went in, the kitchen staff looked chaotic and overwhelmed, and there were several frustrated customers waiting at the counter. I'm sure they were all waiting for their meals too. I'm hopeful that my next visit will be a better experience. Looking forward to it!
The food is delicious and served hot, and the restaurant is clean. However, the service can take quite a while. Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 5 out of 5!
Love those McDonald's. We live on Garth Street, but we come here every time because they are so fast, friendly and get our order every time. Thank you! <==============
