Sarku Japan - Bayonne

This place is the worst. They never get your order right. I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from here, and the staff at the counter are extremely rude.

The food was good, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was friendly. However, it had a somewhat industrial and commercial vibe that made it feel a bit bland. The food lacked excitement, and an upbeat soundtrack might enhance the overall experience.

It's Sarku, so there's not much more to say. The food is consistently good and tastes just like what you'd expect from any other Sarku location. However, I've experienced rudeness from some of the staff on occasion. There are times when the cashier seems to have an attitude, even when there's no provocation. That said, it doesn't apply to all employees; it's usually just one or two (both female) who exhibit this behavior. On the whole, the food is reliable and served on time. While it's not extraordinary, it's definitely decent enough.

If I can give negative stars this location would definitely get those! Every time you go the chicken gets less and less? management is also nasty with no respect to their customers. Like what is this???? Unacceptable and a waste of your time and money. Will never ever go there again and advise all my friends and family not to support them!

You have got to be kidding me ? you charge me $9 just to give me approx 15 pieces of chicken. I could made this at home. Do go and waste your money.
