The Wineries on Betzold Rd - BAYFIELD

The restaurant is in a stunning location, with seating available outdoors in the vineyard. The staff is friendly, and there is a wide variety of wines to choose from.

We had a reservation but it did not matter people kept walking up and getting served ahead of us. She said she had to get more “tasting stuff.” They did not even give us a wine list when told to sit at a table. We sat there for over 15 minutes until someone came up to us and gave us a wine list and told us how it works. We then bring our sheets up to them and they tell us that the meat and cheese platter they ran out of yesterday which was only one of two things for food that they had. Finally get our samples and then I wanted to order a glass of wine so another line another long wait while she’s filling up all these other peoples sample cups (Where was the 2nd worker? . She then takes out the bottle of wine and says oh but I have to go get more wine now. Finally I just drank it and then we left. Not the experience we were hoping for.

It was a delightful experience. The restaurant's dining room was closed due to COVID, but they were able to adapt their tastings to still provide a great experience.

The restaurant has a fantastic wine selection and offers breathtaking views. Unfortunately, they were not serving food due to Covid19, but I still had a fantastic time. I will definitely be returning.

I did not wanna write this part and am now annoyed.
