Don't be fooled by rave reviews. We visited during the day on December 14, 2023. We were alone in the restaurant and, surprisingly, they took a very long time to serve us. The food turned out to be mediocre. Tom yum is too salty. The Caesar came with a ton of lettuce and only a couple of pieces of chicken. The tartare was satisfactory, there was a mix in it and it is unclear why beets were added, and all the bread and croutons were musty/not fresh. Yes, the view here is wonderful, but the restaurant is very mediocre. The cost is inadequate for such a service. I don't recommend it. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

If there’s more than 5 stars . Everything was 10over 10 and all the staff are lovely and friendly. The atmosphere is quite and elegant. I would like to thank ketty specifically. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A cozy place with a beautiful panorama of the city. It's worth going here just for the view. In terms of service, the waiters are nice, polite, attentive, and speak English. I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews. The food is mediocre. The tom yum was very salty. The Caesar consisted of a ton of salad and a couple pieces of chicken.
